<h3>6.1. Scope</h3>
<p>These terms apply to all services provided by Remarkable Europe, including:</p>

<li>Trademark and domain name research</li>
<li>Trademark registration and protection</li>
<li>Brand strategy, naming, and logo creation</li>
<li>Legal consultancy</li>
</ul>
<p>These terms override any conflicting client terms unless explicitly agreed otherwise.</p>
<h3>6.2. Offers and Agreements</h3>
<ul>
<li>All offers are non-binding and subject to document verification.</li>
<li>Agreements are valid after written confirmation from both parties.</li>
<li>Cancellations after agreement but before execution incur a 35% cancellation fee. If work has commenced, the client must pay for completed services.</li>
</ul>
<h3>6.3. Pricing &amp; Payment</h3>
<ul>
<li>Prices exclude VAT and additional costs (e.g., opposition fees, international filings).</li>
<li>Invoices must be paid within 30 days. Late payments incur <strong>1.5% monthly interest</strong> and a <strong>15% penalty fee</strong> (minimum €125).</li>
<li>Failure to provide necessary information may result in service suspension.</li>
</ul>
<h3>6.4. Liability</h3>
<ul>
<li>We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee research results.</li>
<li>We are not liable for damages except in cases of gross negligence, bad faith, or fraud.</li>
<li>In such cases, maximum liability is limited to <strong>€250,000</strong>.</li>
</ul>
<h3>6.5. Intellectual Property</h3>

<li>Remarkable Europe retains all IP rights on created materials (names, logos, databases, presentations, reports, methodologies).</li>
<li>Clients may not reuse or share non-selected names/logos without permission.</li>
<li>The rights to selected names/logos transfer only after full payment.</li>

<h3>6.6. Confidentiality</h3>
<p>All business-related information exchanged between Remarkable Europe and the client is confidential unless publicly available.</p>
<h3>6.7. Jurisdiction and Governing Law</h3>
<p>All disputes will be resolved exclusively in the <strong>courts of Ghent, Belgium</strong>, under <strong>Belgian law</strong>.</p>
<h2>7. Job Applicants</h2>
<ul>
<li>Applicant data is only stored for the duration of the recruitment process.</li>
<li>Non-selected candidates&#8217; data is deleted after the selection process.</li>
</ul>
<h2>8. Minors</h2>
