Liantis, a new brand after a merger
Liantis was formed through the merger of ADMB, Provikmo, and Zenito, three well-established Belgian service providers supporting entrepreneurs and businesses. The challenge was to create a unified brand that would integrate these organisations while maintaining trust and recognition among existing customers.
Through an extensive brand strategy and naming process, we developed Liantis, a name derived from ‘alliantie’ (alliance) and ‘liëren’ (to connect), symbolising collaboration between entrepreneurs and their employees. This name reflects the company’s mission to support businesses with an integrated service offering.

To ensure a seamless transition, we conducted a strategic audit to define the core values and positioning of the merged organisations. The Liantis brand name was chosen to reinforce unity, accessibility, and support for entrepreneurs and employers. Alongside the name, we provided concrete guidance on brand rollout and identity development.
The new brand needed to:
- Establish a clear and consistent identity across all services.
- Strengthen recognition and connection among self-employed professionals and employers.
- Ensure internal and external alignment with a strong name, visual identity, and communication strategy.
- Support digital transformation with a user-friendly online platform.
A comprehensive internal branding programme ensured that employees embraced the new identity. Interactive workshops and engagement initiatives equipped teams to communicate the Liantis brand message with confidence. A dedicated helpdesk team was set up to guide customers through the transition.
Beyond the initial rollout, we continue to provide legal brand protection for Liantis. As a long-term partner, we manage and safeguard their brand portfolio, ensuring a solid and enduring brand identity.

The launch of Liantis successfully integrated three established organisations under one strong brand. With +200,000 self-employed professionals and 67,500 employers as customers, Liantis was immediately recognised as a trusted hr service group. The brand gained high internal and external acceptance, receiving widespread positive feedback on its name and identity.
